I've not tried all the products but this doesn't fit every bottle. There are also no instructions (although fairly easy to work out). Only screwed onto half the products i bought. Worse though is the design. I think i have an average size nose (some say its big) the bulbs have to be rammed inside & the nostrils held closed to really inhale. Long term? No idea. May prevent the flaky skin we all hate, may just push it inside
