Orders placed to countries not listed will be canceled and refunded. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse orders addressed to certain locations, including schools and places of worship.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the order value minus the shipping costs.
If you reorder, standard delivery charges will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the destination country.
Prowlerpoppers is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are accurate.
Returns & Replacements
The ProwlerPoppers website accepts returns of unwanted items for a refund or exchange within 30 days. We require that these products remain unopened, unused, or unworn as applicable.
Faulty items can be replaced or exchanged within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise in the product details. In all cases, you must contact us by email with the details of your return to receive a return number.
You can then send the item back, ensuring you include the return slip in your parcel for efficient processing.
Please also obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep it in a safe place. We cannot accept returns without a proof of postage.
If the returned item is unsanitary, opened, or used, we will decline the refund and return the item to you.
